CrossFit Wilmette’s On-Ramp Program’s designed for new members with no CrossFit experience or experienced CrossFitters who have had some time off from the gym and would like extra help getting started.

On-Ramp - $125

Includes a 50-minute introductory personal training session with a certified CrossFit Coach and 30 days of unlimited CrossFit classes.

During your 50-minute introductory session, our certified CrossFit Coach will guide you through the following topics:

A gym tour to familiarize you with our facility
How to use our App to track your progress and schedule classes
What to expect in a CrossFit class
How to read a CrossFit workout
How to modify movements and intensity for your fitness level
Your first workout with the guidance of a professional Coach
Q&A session to answer any questions you might have
