CrossFit Wilmette’s Nutrition plus On-Ramp Program’s designed for new members with no CrossFit experience or experienced CrossFitters who have had some time off from the gym and would like extra help getting started.
On-Ramp plus nutrition - $175
Includes a 50-minute introductory personal training session with a certified CrossFit Coach, 30 days of unlimited CrossFit classes, and nutrition ramp-up coaching.
During your 50-minute introductory session, our certified CrossFit Coach will guide you through the following topics:
A gym tour to familiarize you with our facility
How to use our App to track your progress and schedule classes
What to expect in a CrossFit class
How to read a CrossFit workout
How to modify movements and intensity for your fitness level
Your first workout with the guidance of a professional Coach
Q&A session to answer any questions you might have
We want you to feel comfortable during your workout, so please wear comfortable gym clothing and shoes, and bring a water bottle. We're excited to have you join our community and start your fitness journey with us!
Nutrition Coaching will be set up on a separate visit.
